The staff from reception to cleaning were helpful. The hotel arranged my requested rooms on the same floor, almost next door. A large park opposite the rooms had birds jumping around the trees each morning.

stylish hotel with great pool!

friendly staff amazing pool spacious room

i really liked the refurbished look of the alba. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the pool area looked amazing, just like in the pictures! i also found the room to be very spacious and modern.

the restaurant's food variety could be better. i wanted dessert, but i was told it would take over an hour because they were busy. i was disappointed that it took so long.

The aroma in the hotel was beautiful. I found the restaurant food delicious with generous servings. I really enjoyed it. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. I also appreciated the staff being friendly and happy to help with any questions.

some issues

noisy event pool closure

The premises were clean and cute. That was good.

I called before arriving to ask about a pool. i was told there was none. then i arrived and there was indeed a pool. I went to buy bathers. i returned and the pool was closed for a private event. This was quite inconvenient. the event went on all night, it was very noisy and prevented sleep.
